Dispatch Timelines
Most wholesale orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation and payment realization. For customized bulk requirements or factory-direct shipments, dispatch timelines may extend to 5-7 business days. You will be notified immediately of any expected delays.
Delivery Regions & Transport Partners
We currently serve the following states: Delhi NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Jharkhand.
Shipments are routed through our trusted freight forwarders. If you have a preferred transport agency in Delhi (e.g., for specific interstate routes), please mention their details during checkout or inform your account manager.
Freight & Handling Charges
- F.O.R. (Free on Road): Orders exceeding our specified minimum order value (varies by category) may qualify for F.O.R. delivery.
- To-Pay Shipments: For standard orders, freight charges are generally "To-Pay," meaning the buyer will pay the transporter upon delivery.
- Local Delivery: We offer localized delivery within Delhi NCR for urgent wholesale requirements.
E-Way Bill
As per government regulations, an E-Way Bill will be generated for all shipments exceeding ₹50,000 in value. Please ensure your GSTIN and delivery address are accurate to prevent transit delays.
